On October 20th, the residents of Edwin Towers began the move out of temporary housing to return to their newly renovated units. Built in 1967 in Charlotte’s historic Fourth Ward District, the twelve-story tower was Charlotte Housing Authority’s first high-rise building for the elderly.

Prior to Tyler 2 Construction’s renovation of Edwin Towers, the building had many of it’s original components. Now, the reidents will be able to enjoy the facility’s updated finishes, new windows, ample lighting, energy efficient HVAC system, and much more.

On belhalf of Tyler 2 Construction, we would like to say, “Welcome Home!”.
