Tyler 2 was awarded the contract to upfit a shell space as a signature workout facility for a national gym and fitness company. The fitness center consisted of men’s and women’s locker and shower areas, sauna, consultant offices, aerobics rooms, weight rooms and large fitness machine workout areas.

The Challenge: Both the Owner and Architect were located out of state. Tyler 2 was selected for the project because of their intense attention to plan detail during the bidding process. The base building contractor was still on site during the upfit process which required multiple coordination contacts.

The Result: The success of the project was driven by the ability of the Tyler 2 team to visualize the scope of work and keep the Owner and Architect informed of field condition requiring immediate attention.
