Tyler 2 was selected to provide design-build/construction services for the first expansion of this renowned New York specialty grocery story since its acquisition by a Charlotte restaurateur.

The Challenge: The Phillips Place location was to be the prototype for a national expansion of Dean & Deluca. The architects and Owner representative were located out of state and the project was being designed while construction was in process.

The Result: Tyler 2 responded to all requests for plan and specification modifications right up to the opening day. The scope of the project included an interior mezzanine, new elevator, stain-in-pour concrete floor and state-of-the-art electrical and mechanical systems. This location continues to be the flagship of their expansion program.
