Tyler 2 was hired for a complete demolition and rebuilding of the reception and support areas of this medical office space.

The Challenge: Challenges in the design phase emerged due to office function changes which affected the complete layout of the space. Originally the space was used for a psychiatric practice, with deep, large offices to accommodate both a desk and an area for patients. The whole floor had to be gutted and office space had to be recreated around existing wall structures. The interior columns proved challenging.

The Result: The conference room was moved to an outside corner, with great views. The offices were designed with the right requirements for their current usage, without damaging the existing interior wall structure. The client was very pleased with the result and plans to work with Tyler 2 on additional expansion work in the future.
