Tyler 2 was contracted to provide upfit services, including patient reception area, business and record keeping office, four exam rooms, doctor's office, and a break room. The space is located on the third floor of an occupied medical office building.

The Challenge: The project needed to be completed in five weeks to meet scheduled paatient appointments and to accomodate a new physician hired to open this office.

The Result: Tyler 2 found ways to improve the quality of the millwork without increasing the cost. The project was completed with the smallest punch list of any tenant upfit in the building.
